How does shipping work with Hellens Tea?
At Hellens Tea, we offer FREE shipping for all orders on our website, which are delivered worldwide via Economy Post. We dispatch orders from Sri Lanka within 3-5 business days, and delivery lead times vary by destination.
Who will deliver my order (Shipping)?
We offer economy shipping for all website orders and provide a tracking number for parcel tracking. Large orders are shipped by SEA or Air with our shipping agent. Clients can request DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or EMS shipping.
How To Track Your Order?
To track your delivery, we provide a tracking website along with a dispatch message after the shipment.
Please note that there can be a delay in the couriers’ tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. If you’ve received an email saying your order has been sent, but it’s not showing up on their system, don’t panic. Just wait for 24 hours and try again.
What if my order is later than expected?
To locate your order (placed on our website), please check with your local post office in case they are holding it. It’s a common occurrence!
