We need you to be happy, with all the tea products we provide. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the tea products you order from us, you have an option to return it.
Therefore, return the order to us within 3 business days from the receipt of the product to get a full refund.

Return and refund Policy guides you to get a refund if you are not happy with our teas.
We will be happy to refund or exchange order but it should return to us its original condition and include the original box and receipt.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.
Note: The Postal service tracking not working and you receive the picture of the package. This means, the package sent to the given address but the postal service delay to deliver the package.
In this case, the sender of the package (Hellens Tea) is not liable to refund the order amount until we receive a reasonable solution. to avoid this type of rare incident you can get the package from 3rd party courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS. we can arrange it upon your request.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. The credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
But, It may take additional 2-10 business days to credit to your account.
