Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with all the tea products we provide. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the tea products you order from us, you have the option to return them.
To receive a full refund, please return the order to us within 30 business days of the receipt of the product. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original packaging (with marks and numbers on the original label) and in an undamaged condition. All necessary actions are the customer’s responsibility until the final return to our warehouse. We offer most of our items (tea, cinnamon, and other spices) in taster packs and recommend purchasing these before committing to a larger order.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. The credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please be aware that returning postage of the package is not refundable. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
For all overseas customers, we strongly advise ensuring that the product is relevant to you before making the purchase. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before the purchase.
